The Ending of a Cycle
There are moments in life when something quiet inside you says, it’s time.
Time to pause.
Time to listen.
Time to release what’s been completed so you can step toward what’s waiting.
This season has felt like that for me — a gentle closing. Not an abrupt ending, not a breaking apart… just a natural shift, like the exhale that follows a long, steady breath.
Finishing the 300-hour training in October was a powerful turning point. The growth, the conversations, the community that formed — it left a mark on me. It asked me to rise in new ways, hold deeper space, and also surrender to the truth that I needed a little time afterward to recalibrate my own energy.
And in the background of all of this, motherhood continues to be its own sacred cycle. Navigating single parenting while running a business brings waves of expansion and contraction — moments where I’m stretched thin, and moments where I feel profoundly full. Both are teachers.
Stepping into December, I can feel a collective shift too. The pressure of the season, the noise, the consumerism — it doesn’t align with the kind of “ending” or “beginning” I feel moving through me. What feels true right now is this:
The greatest gifts we can offer don’t come wrapped. They come from the heart — presence, honesty, and community.
So I’m letting myself honor this cycle closing, without forcing the next one open. Just breathing. Just trusting. And gently pointing my attention toward what feels authentic, sustainable, and inspiring for the year ahead.
If you’re moving through your own ending right now, I see you.
May it open the space you need.
May it guide you toward what’s next.
And may it remind you that every cycle — every single one — holds its own kind of wisdom.
With Love and Compassion,
Jade
