It's my honor to share one-of-a-kind adventures through nature, infused with the art of yoga. Why? Because I feel inspired to step out of my comfort zone. This can be exciting and scary, but it may be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for you to realise your potential, to grow, to experience joy and fear simultaneously, to be free while connected to your most sacred space within.

Travel to your imagination
Yoga, adventure, and food are my life. With these three things being at the heart of every exploration, it’s a gentle reminder of how to continue to cultivate self-care, confidence and awareness within some of the most beautiful sacred spaces in the world!
Our “yogadventures” have included repelling down a 108ft canyon, rock climbing a limestone wall full of fossils that once lived under the sea, hiking and camping in the Pyrenees mountains of France, mindful walking through mountains and rivers, bike touring and enjoying the food in Spain, swimming the cenotes of Tulum and biking through ancient Mayan ruins, and seaside surfing in France, Spain, and South America.

All you have to do is travel outside your comfort zone and show up!
Yoga
We believe yoga is the grease that keeps you moving. Our daily practices prepare us physically and mentally for the adventures ahead. Letting go of labels and styles, we teach yoga that's organic. This way of practicing allows us to be fully present with the amazing sacred spaces we’re about to experience. Our hope is that you learn how yoga works to enhance your life and deepen your connection to what's in and around you.
Adventure
There’s nothing more exciting than experiencing something you’ve always wanted to do or never thought you would ever do in this lifetime! Our adventures are curated to bring you in touch with nature, by immersing you in it from the start. Stepping outside your comfort zone is where personal development comes in. We teach you the skills you need so that you can cultivate the confidence to have the best experiences ever!
Food
We're big time foodies! This is one of the ways we practice self-care. Organic when available is always our first choice. With all the food sensitivities these days, it can make traveling challenging, but we don’t want you to have to worry about that one bit. Our team does it’s best to cater to your individual needs when setting out the menu. We always have a colorful, bountiful spread that's cultural in flavor with lots of choice.

Healing through nature and yoga
Journey with me and my team as we guide you with love, grace, excitement, and compassion, into the beauty and healing connections of nature and yoga. Even if you don’t necessarily want to explore one or more of the experiences, we will hold space for you as well as offer you an alternative option. These yoga adventures are designed to take you out of your comfort zone and help you deepen your own understanding of what personal development is to you.

“Jade and The Push to Explore team were incredible! We were a group of women with varying degrees of athletic ability who faced mental and physical challenges this past week. They were patient and knew that being out of one’s comfort zone is totally natural when you're exploring something unfamiliar. We were so lucky to have the yoga instructor Jade to prep us before and/or unwind us after any strenuous activity. The food arranged was so healthy and plentiful. We all came back more confident and stronger. Zion National Park is one of the most beautiful places to visit and I am so happy to have seen and experienced it this kind of way.
