Private yoga classes are a great way to learn the fundamentals of yoga (breathing, postures, alignment and more) because a lot can be missed in group classes.
I meet you where you're currently in your body/life/practice — there are no specific expectations or requirements when going into a one-on-one lesson except for commitment and consistency. Every “body” and journey is different, so I take extra care in curating a practice specifically for you.
It’s a great way to build a home practice, particularly if you travel, work from home, have a family, or aren't quite ready to go into a studio setting.
