"Very insightful and 100% worth it..."
“When I started taking classes with Jade, I could tell that Yoga isn't just a movement practice for her. It's a lifestyle. She embodies the practice of yoga. She embodies the principles of yogic philosophy. I really liked her teaching style. She's very disciplined. Very into anatomy, and not just the shapes and the movements in the asana practice. Her classes felt very holistic and well rounded. There's the physical aspect, obviously, the movement, but there was also the philosophical, the anatomical, and the spiritual. I really connected with all of that.” ~ Maria White

“Jade is an incredibly dedicated, industrious, knowledgeable, and capable individual with a heart of gold. I took my 200 hr teacher training with her and it was nothing short of life changing. Jade strikes a beautiful balance of intensity and compassion in her teaching and training. Jade leaves room for self-adjustment, flexibility, and discovery while also advocating for consistency, discipline, and self-challenge. One of the things I most admire about Jade is her belief in every single one of her students – if you decide to embrace her as a teacher, she will meet you where you’re at 100% of the time, help you to grow, and wish you the best.” ~ Mitchell Kuhn
