Sacred Journey Into My Heart: Chapter 2

Walking Through The Door

Before you begin to read this, I want you to know that I wrote this back in March and am just now sharing. It’s really hard for me to be vulnerable in front of others in person. To write about my vulnerability is even harder.  Thank you for reading.

We are always being guided by the divine spirit. Opportunities are being presented daily, however, we’re not always open, ready, or willing to listen closely. We often miss those opportunities because of our fears, stories, and traumas. That is because we have closed our channel. We have forgotten who we truly are, which is divine love ❤️.  We are literally standing in our own way.

To fully understand the context of this post and where it is going dear reader, you may want to backtrack and read the first chapter of Sacred Journey Into My Heart.

Last year I met my Life Coach, Michelle.  I believe she was sent to me for many reasons.  Our energies are similar on many levels and very different on others.  As much as I like to think I got my shit together and am doing all the things, the hard truth is that I need someone to call me out.  Michelle just so happens to be the one who can show me the mirror and get me to listen to the messages without anger.  There’s something so beautiful about how she presents the raw, truth.  If you know me, I appreciate brutal honesty as long as it’s done in a loving, kind way.

The way out is in.  You have to go back to yourself, face your deepest fears, and accept the impermanence of our civilization.  The practice is to deal with our fear and grief right now;  our insight and awakening will give rise to compassion and peace.  If you can be at peace in the face of reality, then we have a chance. – Thich Nhat Hanh

During one of our sessions, she said shed light on my PTSD.  The mask that I’ve been trying to hide behind for years finally got ripped off my face.  That was a hard truth to bear witness to, but a necessary one.  We’ve been talking about nurturing ‘little Jade’.  I need to love up on her and give her what she needs.  This inner child work that we’ve all been hearing so much about is fucking hard!  This isn’t the first time a messenger has tried to get me to connect with ‘little Jade’.  So I’m like “Okay, I’ll have a conversation with my inner child and ask her what she wants”.  It always sounds so easy, but for me, it’s been one of the most challenging missions I’ve ever had to face.  I’ve asked the questions, and have gotten some answers, but still disconnected.  All I’ve known since the age of 5 is how to protect her from harm.  My PTSD was getting so loud that I couldn’t take it anymore.  I feel like I’m losing my mind!  The messages that are coming through are pretty clear up to this very moment.  Part of me is racing all over the place anxiously wondering what suppressed shit is going to resurface and rear its ugly head?.  The other part of me is on the opposite side connecting with my heart and my inner child to trust the process.  That it’s time to go in and whatever unfolds is the beginning of deep healing.  Will I take this chance on me?  Am I ready for this deep dive into the heart, so I can become whole again?  I know I’m being guided by a divine spirit to awaken to my higher self and the only way out is in. This is the beginning of a long-awaited journey…a sacred journey into my heart is presenting itself right before my eyes.  All I have to do is be brave and walk through the door.

Om śanti, śanti, śantī,

Jade
