About Ryan Marino
Ryan Marino is a Mindfulness Meditation teacher, breathwork facilitator, and yoga instructor with over two decades of experience in embodied and contemplative practices. His work centers on meditation, conscious breathing, and cultivating awareness in daily life, with movement serving as a supportive doorway into stillness and presence.
A long-term practitioner of Vipassana and mindfulness-based meditation, Ryan emphasizes nervous system regulation, self-inquiry, and practical tools for meeting stress, emotion, and uncertainty with greater clarity and ease. Breath awareness and pranayama are central to his teaching, informed by both traditional yogic frameworks and modern somatic understanding.
His movement teaching draws from Ashtanga Yoga, Iyengar alignment principles, contemporary Power Yoga, and gentler therapeutic modalities, including Qi Gong, and is always adapted to the individual rather than the form itself.
Ryan is also a Licensed Massage Therapist, specializing in neuromuscular and neurosomatic therapy, and holds a B.S. in Holistic Nutrition. His intention is to support sustainable well-being through embodied awareness, simplicity, and care.
